What are the costs and delivery times?
The delivery is made by Colissimo against signature and the deadline is 2 working days for metropolitan France. The times indicated are only indicative and correspond to the average time of treatment and routing of the package.

Where can I get delivery?
We deliver throughout the European Union.
What is the status of my order?
You will be able to follow the progress of your delivery in your customer area as soon as your order is delivered to the post office. You will also be able to track your order thanks to the tracking number that will be given to you at the email address you provided.
What if I am not present on the day of my delivery?
In case of absence at the address indicated on the day of the delivery, you will be advised by a notice of passage indicating the procedure to follow to agree on a new delivery or a withdrawal in post office.
What if my product is damaged or there is an error in my order?
When the package is delivered to you, if you notice that its packaging is damaged:
- You can refuse it and it will be returned to us
- You can receive it by asking the letter carrier to record your observation upon delivery.
If you have any concerns when you open the package, please write to us at email@example.com with a photo within 3 days. If a problem is confirmed, the return costs will be taken in charge and replaced.
Does the delivery integrate an eco-design approach like your products?
Yes, our products are shipped in cardboard boxes in order to recycle them and not use plastic.
What are the conditions for a return?
You have a period of 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it. The items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Any product that is damaged and/or incomplete and whose original packaging is altered, will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I make a return?

How is the reimbursement made?
